On a rotating basis, Akeso & Aglaia runs Life and Health coaching programs online with video classes, support material, self-hypnosis audios and office hours’ support. These programs are intended for use by those familiar with hypnosis, who have no medical issues and who do not need a personalized program. Those who have medical issues or who have never been formally hypnotized before should first book a complimentary consultation.
